BakerHostetler was named the winner of the ITR Americas Awards Impact Case of the Year for Moore v United States, the U.S. Supreme Court case related to the ability of the federal government to tax unrealized gains as income. Awards were announced Oct. 23, 2025, during a gala at the Metropolitan Club in New York, New York.
