Partner James Sherer and Associates Jamie Kim and Kathryn Prince contributed to a California Western Law Review article titled “A Model Approach to Attorney AI Practice – Function or Folly in an Age of AI?” Published in Volume 61, Issue 2 of the publication, the article looks at the rapid evolution and adoption of AI and examines the pitfalls of using the technology without restrictions, especially considering the limited resources for technical and ethical guidelines in its use.
