Partners Paul Levine and Carlos Ramos-Mrosovsky have been named co-leaders of BakerHostetler’s Investor State Arbitration sub-team, which falls under the firm’s highly regarded International Arbitration and Litigation team. With a focus on international disputes and arbitration, the two partners have together handled large investment arbitration for clients such as True Blue Development and Towra S.A. before the World Bank’s International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes. They also represent clients in international commercial arbitration disputes before major arbitral institutions, as well as complex litigation related to enforcement of international arbitration awards and sovereign immunities.
