Partner Jeff Diener has been named a 2025 Commercial Real Estate Visionary by the LA Times Studios Business group, a recognition given to noteworthy senior-level executives based on their successes and accomplishments during the last 24 months. This would include involvement in major projects and deals closed, as well as providing exemplary leadership within their organizations and communities.
Some of the exceptional transactional results Jeff has secured for his clients include representing hotels on 2028 Los Angeles Olympics contracts, the acquisition of a $54 million property in Beverly Hills, as well as a $144 million sale of a Beverly Hills office building, working with a family office on the sale and seller-financing of two hotels in San Clemente, and working with a Native American tribe on their issues related to their casino in California.
Professionals include architects, brokers, developers, engineers, general contractors and property managers, as well as professional services advisors such as lawyers, accountants, insurance providers, bankers and lenders who are involved with the commercial real estate industry.
