Partners Ronald Stepanovic and Matthew Oliver led a team that represented Morgenthaler Private Equity (MPE Partners) in its sale of Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based MSHS & Pacific Power Group to Industrial Service Solutions, a portfolio company of Wynnchurch Capital.
